Due to the recent concerns over the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Sidney Hillman Health Center has made necessary changes to its operations in order to limit the traffic in our building, which we have outlined below. We have always, and will continue, to keep the health and safety of all members, their families, and our staff as a top priority during this time. In the event you have a question, please call the appropriate department and our staff will promptly assist you.
Effective immediately, the following changes have been put in place.

- A prescription delivery service will begin Monday, March 23rd, 2020. We highly encourage all members to take advantage of this delivery service. Sidney Hillman will be covering delivery fees at this time. If you are interested and have questions, please contact the Pharmacy Department directly.
- If you arrive at our location to pick up a prescription, we have implemented a courier system. Upon arrival, you will be met at the entrance of the building by health center staff. We will obtain all the necessary information needed from you, along with payment information. We will process your payment and bring the prescription directly to you outside at your car.
- We kindly ask that you do not congregate inside the door lobby after your information is given, and please wait at your car for your prescription to be brought out to you.
- Prescriptions deliveries to Xerox locations have been suspended.

- All optical appointments have been cancelled and will be rescheduled.
- If you have an existing order you are waiting on, please contact the Optical Department directly and they will discuss the options for receiving your order.
- If you have an order that can be completed over the phone and through mail, please contact the Optical Department directly and we will assist you in any way we can.
- All podiatry appointments have been cancelled and will be rescheduled.

- We kindly ask that all correspondence on billings and applications be communicated directly over the phone. If you have documentation on a matter, please mail those into our office and we will contact you over the phone to discuss in more detail.
